Tropical Oasis Anti-Humidity Firm Hold Hair Gel

ABSOLUTELY OBSESSED!!!! I have never had a gel work so well while also making my hair so moisturized! my wash and go lasted me 2 weeks and still looked like first day hair. Stocking up asap because i can never run out of this stuff!!

It is the one and done for me

I really like this product. It makes the curls a little crispy but you just have to work on separating the coils (Also, I air dry my hair and do not usually diffuse it unless I am in a hurry) Once you separate the curls, you are left with very nicely defined soft curls. I found that the curls stayed defined and soft for most of the week. I normally have to slightly wet and work some leave in conditioner into my hair at night and then use a little refresher spray in the morning. I didn’t have to do any of that with this product. Also, a little goes a long way.

This gel is incredible on my daughter’s hair! The first pic is wet, the 2nd with the gold sweater is after she woke up the next day! There is no residue, film nor flaking. We just rub the back of her head if it looks flat and go! It’s been 5 days and still looks wonderful! We’ll be washing it on day 7 and probably reapplying! Worth every penny!!

Soooo fire. I love it. Purchased twice now. I use it for my wash and gos with a leave in and it’s always soft & defined! Holds my curls for like 4 days, probably could go longer but I’m a gym girl!

It does fight humidity, it does have strong hold, and frizz is limited, but I did experience flaking. It may be user error , but this is my experience with the product.

Great product smells good but giving it a 4 because it definitely flakes as most gels do. But the curl is much softer then most gels.

Gel is great for all seasons with great hold. I usually reset (shampoo) my hair every 3rd day (to keep moisture and cleansing my scalp) and the hold lasts easily for those three days my and could had lasted another 1-2 days. Please don’t ever change the formula as it is a WINNER❤️❤️

My curls are popping! Love it

Made my curls look like they're still wet. I did use too much but I did scrunch them to break the cast. 3rd day hair, still shiny, minimal frizz, great hold but still soft. I did use a diffuser and sleep with a satin cap and pillowcase.

This product makes my hair hard, crunchy, and dull looking. It holds the curls but just hard. Be minfldful, you can't return this product either. I have to wash this product out of my hair. If not, my hair is still hard and crunchy for days. Money lost. I don't like this product.

I’ve been using this gel since spring summer of 2024. It works wonderfully well. The picture is day five hair washing goes last the full week sometimes two weeks if I rehydrate in the middle, I get about 2 1/2 uses per jar. I have shoulder length 3C, 4a/4B curls.

I love it! My hair lasted for 10 days and it stayed defined. The hold is amazing. My hair usually is frizzy with other gels going on day 6 or 7. This is a really nice gel and I love the way it smells.

I have tried every product. This gel, though absolute game changer. I don't have smooth curly hair as many advertiser show. I'm just a regular super kinky dry head woman. This gel is my friend. I did this by myself , I have always needed help. I did realize I used more gel than necessary but the next time I will be ready. I love it.

Wow! I never thought I could get curls but tropical oasis really did the trick. I’m loving my new hair style and how it only took me an hour and a half from wash to conditioner to setting with the gel to diffusing. I’m excited to try on my adult daughter who is a skeptic that it will work on her hair!

I’ve been searching for a new product for my daughter’s hair and wow does this deliver!!! This is her 4th day hair and it’s lasted through weather and sleep!

This product did not help with my shrinkage in my hair, it also left lots of white residue in my hair. The product turned hard and made my hair very very stiff. At my next washing, it was very hard to remove. I had to pull it out bit by bit and took several washes to clear. This was even with using the refresh. I even tried decreasing the amount of product I used, still had same issues. Very disappointed.

I must say it surprised me how well the Tropical Oasis gel worked. My coils popped beautifully and the style lasted the whole week. Liked the smell too.

Never thought my 4c crown could show her defined curls! Honey with this magic delicious pineapple gel, my curls are moist juicy and popping!! I have never seen my curl definition. I would recommend this to anyone with coils, curls or waves. Michelle and her husband did an outstanding job on making an amazing healthy, safe, and moisturizer product!! You only need 1 product for your wash and go. That is a win!!! Will buy for the rest of my life!!!

I Absolutely Love This Gel!!! It gives me the best results EVERY TIME!!

I love the way it smell. I can't smell it so that's a plus for me. It went on very nice as long as my hair was wet but when it dried my hair was very brittle and flaky. It did stop some of the shrinkage but the brittle part . No thank you. I was told by you to use less a little goes a long way. I did try that. I'm still not happy. It's too brittle.

This is the best gel I ever experienced for my 4c hair type! This gel gives the curl definition I am looking for. It makes my hair manageable to use for my wash-and-go styles! I tried so many gels and I am so happy I found the product that is right for my hair type. My wash n' go's last for 4 days and I like to combine gel-to-foam for an extra hold.

I still have definition on my 11th day.

This product added so much slip! Easy the rake through, no flaking when dried properly and it lasted quite a few days, nearly one week!

The best gel I’ve ever tried. The more you add the stronger the hold but there are some days where I don’t need that strong if a hold and it still works great with no frizz.

Definitely a great item! It defined my curls and gave me a very hydrated finish. I put it on my damp hair and usually my hair just absorbs both water and hair product making it look like I didn’t have any product in at all. But with this is, it works well with the water and that’s what keeps it looking moisturized. It smells great too!

I initially purchased this gel to use for wash n gos after seeing amazing results online. However, I ended up using it the first time for a slick back and absolutely fell in love. It does not feel sticky like other gels, smells amazing, and gives my curls great definition (4c hair). I even use it on my edges and get great results. It also doesn’t dry my hair out and pairs well with every leave in conditioner that I have used it with so far. Huge huge fan!

I have been natural for 15 years now, and this product really works . My short4C coils stay perfect whenever I work out, shower, and suffer through night sweats. Other products would flake and leave white stuff in my hair whenever I sweated in my hair. I have only used this product twice and can’t wait to use others.

I absolutely love the tropical gel. I have 3c stubborn gray hair but with your tropical gel , I can extend my wash and go to 5/6 days. That’s an absolute game changer for me. I’m glad I tried your product, now how about bigger jars? Maybe even a liter? I would so purchase the bigger jar or at least make it more accessible to us not online only so we could run to purchase when we’re running out‍♀️. I’ve never tried a gel that worked so well , the definition and hold was amazing. Also the longevity was unbelievable.

I have coarse thick 4c gray hair with fine strands. I don't see many products demonstrated for hair like mine. So I thought it would be a good idea to show how well MICHE works. I used a combination of the Gel to Foam Mousse AND the Tropical Oasis gel to achieve the perfect twist out. My picture shows DAY 5 of my twist out. I tried to make sure you could see the definition in the front and back. No crunch, No flakes, Great hold/definition, Moveable hair. It doesn't take much and both products do exactly what they promise to do. The Gel to Foam mousse gives your hair definition and leaves your hair conditioned, soft, and shiny (the application feels completely silky smooth). Exactly what my cuticles need. While the Tropical Oasis gel elongates and locks your curls into place and prevents frizz from humidity. Both work excellent on their own. But are heaven combined together. The key is to make sure your hair is wet before application and using a dryer (as directed). Avoid being heavy handed with the Tropical Oasis gel. Start with a dime to quarter size amount of the Tropical Oasis gel per section and add a little more as needed.

I placed an order during the holidays so unfortunately it was lost in transit however, immediately after contacting customer service I was sent an email with confirmation of a replacement! After finally receiving the gel I can say the wait was worth it! My 3c/4a, low porosity hair lovesss this gel, it’s light weight yet soo moisturizing. As far as its ability to combat humidity and frizz… 10/10! Two rainy days in a row and my hair is still defined! I really hope this brand continues to thrive (and doesn’t change any of the ingredients along the way like some brands do ) from my experience they truly deserve it!

Great smell. Feels like silk on my hair. Left my freshly washed hair hydrated and defined my curls. This was my first purchase but will not be my last.

First, this gel smells amazing!! It has a slight shimmer, which adds shine to my hair. It really helps my dry frizzy hair look more defined. I love it! 100% recommend!

Love/Hate Relationship Pros: Great scent and amazing hold. Cons: Makes my hair hard, not flexible but stiff. I hate to have to drench my hair daily to use this product. Should be able to dampen, style and go. I’m going to continue to work with this product because I do love it because it’s much healthier than others. I just need to find a method that works for me.

I wanted to wait a week to give this review because I wanted to see how my hair would look on day 5, and on day 7, My curls STILL looked nice and hydrated… I will def order this product again and recommend it… my NEW favorite product

I never received my order SHOP sent my order to the wrong address Even though my address was updated in my account. You don't offer refunds or any assistance for an order marked as, delivered. Couldn't connect with SHOP to rectify this issue. I guess I have to purchase it again if I want to use the product. Don't know how to order without using SHOP. I ordered from another company same day received the order. This has, happened before with SHOP. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

My wash and go has lasted over a week now and my curls still look JUICY! I just got a compliment today on how good my curls look! This was not the case with a gel I used before this! I love this gel and will definitely be buying more!

Not right for my hair

This product is it! Finally a one product solution to a wash and go! The thing I love most is that I didn't have to do a bunch of time consuming hair techniques to get the results I wanted. I sprang life into my often flat ironed natural hair and was soft while holding the shape. I'm out here promoting to all I know. Thank you!

I have white and grey hair. I have been on a hair product journey for over three years. I heard you’re a hair product line, but I was leery to try it.
