I really like this product. It makes the curls a little crispy but you just have to work on separating the coils (Also, I air dry my hair and do not usually diffuse it unless I am in a hurry) Once you separate the curls, you are left with very nicely defined soft curls. I found that the curls stayed defined and soft for most of the week. I normally have to slightly wet and work some leave in conditioner into my hair at night and then use a little refresher spray in the morning. I didn’t have to do any of that with this product. Also, a little goes a long way.

This gel is incredible on my daughter’s hair! The first pic is wet, the 2nd with the gold sweater is after she woke up the next day! There is no residue, film nor flaking. We just rub the back of her head if it looks flat and go! It’s been 5 days and still looks wonderful! We’ll be washing it on day 7 and probably reapplying! Worth every penny!!

It does fight humidity, it does have strong hold, and frizz is limited, but I did experience flaking. It may be user error , but this is my experience with the product.

Gel is great for all seasons with great hold. I usually reset (shampoo) my hair every 3rd day (to keep moisture and cleansing my scalp) and the hold lasts easily for those three days my and could had lasted another 1-2 days. Please don’t ever change the formula as it is a WINNER❤️❤️

Made my curls look like they're still wet. I did use too much but I did scrunch them to break the cast. 3rd day hair, still shiny, minimal frizz, great hold but still soft. I did use a diffuser and sleep with a satin cap and pillowcase.

This product makes my hair hard, crunchy, and dull looking. It holds the curls but just hard. Be minfldful, you can't return this product either. I have to wash this product out of my hair. If not, my hair is still hard and crunchy for days. Money lost. I don't like this product.

I’ve been using this gel since spring summer of 2024. It works wonderfully well. The picture is day five hair washing goes last the full week sometimes two weeks if I rehydrate in the middle, I get about 2 1/2 uses per jar. I have shoulder length 3C, 4a/4B curls.

I love it! My hair lasted for 10 days and it stayed defined. The hold is amazing. My hair usually is frizzy with other gels going on day 6 or 7. This is a really nice gel and I love the way it smells.

This product did not help with my shrinkage in my hair, it also left lots of white residue in my hair. The product turned hard and made my hair very very stiff. At my next washing, it was very hard to remove. I had to pull it out bit by bit and took several washes to clear. This was even with using the refresh. I even tried decreasing the amount of product I used, still had same issues. Very disappointed.

I love the way it smell. I can't smell it so that's a plus for me. It went on very nice as long as my hair was wet but when it dried my hair was very brittle and flaky. It did stop some of the shrinkage but the brittle part . No thank you. I was told by you to use less a little goes a long way. I did try that. I'm still not happy. It's too brittle.

I put it on my damp hair and usually my hair just absorbs both water and hair product making it look like I didn’t have any product in at all. I initially purchased this gel to use for wash n gos after seeing amazing results online. However, I ended up using it the first time for a slick back and absolutely fell in love. It does not feel sticky like other gels, smells amazing, and gives my curls great definition (4c hair). I even use it on my edges and get great results. It also doesn’t dry my hair out and pairs well with every leave in conditioner that I have used it with so far. Huge huge fan!

I absolutely love the tropical gel. I have 3c stubborn gray hair but with your tropical gel , I can extend my wash and go to 5/6 days. That’s an absolute game changer for me. I have coarse thick 4c gray hair with fine strands. I don't see many products demonstrated for hair like mine. So I thought it would be a good idea to show how well MICHE works.
I used a combination of the Gel to Foam Mousse AND the Tropical Oasis gel to achieve the perfect twist out. My picture shows DAY 5 of my twist out. I tried to make sure you could see the definition in the front and back.
No crunch, No flakes, Great hold/definition, Moveable hair. It doesn't take much and both products do exactly what they promise to do. The Gel to Foam mousse gives your hair definition and leaves your hair conditioned, soft, and shiny (the application feels completely silky smooth). Exactly what my cuticles need.
While the Tropical Oasis gel elongates and locks your curls into place and prevents frizz from humidity. Both work excellent on their own. But are heaven combined together.
The key is to make sure your hair is wet before application and using a dryer (as directed). Avoid being heavy handed with the Tropical Oasis gel. Start with a dime to quarter size amount of the Tropical Oasis gel per section and add a little more as needed.
